Alex B. Pia’s practice represents both privately held and publicly traded entities, spanning financial services firms & fiduciaries, real estate developers & construction managers, commercial & residential landlords & property managers, condo/co-op boards & shareholders, hospitality, partnerships & joint-ventures, entertainment companies, fashion companies, agriculture & food processing operations, healthcare providers, and high-net-worth individuals.

Beyond his litigation practice, Alex often act as “outside general counsel,” advising operators in entity formation, strategic planning, negotiations, regulatory compliance, and pre-dispute resolution.

Alex is a member and subcommittee chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Construction Law Committee.
