David Nicholas Saponara

David N. Saponara is an associate whose practice involves all aspects of commercial law, with an emphasis on litigation and bankruptcy and restructuring. Mr. Saponara represents business clients across a variety of industries, including retail, design, finance, and construction, in formal litigation in state and federal courts as well as mediations and arbitrations in different alternative dispute resolution forums.A significant portion of Mr. Saponara’s experience and expertise involves guiding clients through difficult situations in formal bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Whether the issues involve a client’s own financial difficulties, or those of an important customer, supplier, or other business partner, Mr. Saponara utilizes his experience representing debtors and creditors to achieve efficient results in each representation.In addition to litigation and bankruptcy, Mr. Saponara’s practice also involves advising clients on commercial transactions and general corporate matters.Before joining Kudman Trachten Aloe LLP, Mr. Saponara was an associate at a boutique bankruptcy firm, where his practice focused on bankruptcy litigation and representing debtors, creditors, and other parties in interest in chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
