Edward Allen White is an experienced attorney with 48 years of practice in commercial, corporate, and real estate litigation, contract law, business disputes, estate matters, employment law, arbitration, and mediation. His expertise is divided into 75% litigation and 25% business agreements, having handled over 500 cases. Licensed in Washington since 1976 with no misconduct found. He has been a partner at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP since 2012 and at Hartman & Craven, LLP since 2004. Previous roles include Litigation Counsel at Paradise Alberts & Fisher (1998-2003), Litigator at Proskauer Rose Goetz & Mendelsohn (1979-1986), and Attorney at Kaye Scholer Fierman Hays & Handler (1975-1979). He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers’ Association, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. From 2007 to 2014, he served as Chairman of the Complex Litigation Committee in the New York State Bar Association’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section. He holds a JD from Yale Law School (1975) and speaks English.
