Eli Freedberg is the principal shareholder of the Law Office of Eli Freedberg, P.C. His practice consists of representing and counseling clients in the hospitality industry, fitness industry, direct sales and retail sectors. In particular, Eli’s clients are often involved in “bet the farm” class and collective actions. Eli has defended clients and prosecuted cases involving a variety of discrimination claims in federal and state courts. In addition, Eli provides counsel to clients with respect to wage and hour compliance issues, restrictive covenants, independent contractor status, the hiring process, and on privacy, blogging, and surveillance issues in the workplace. Eli also negotiates and drafts employment agreements, separation agreements, and restricitve covenants.
