Inna Vernikov

This attorney is a dedicated and accomplished legal professional with expertise in immigration law, family law, and criminal pre-trial practice. She earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013, where she received multiple academic honors, including the CALI Award for Criminal Pre-Trial Practice (2013) and a Family Law Certificate. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baruch College, City University of New York (2006).

She is the Founding Attorney of The Vernikov Law Firm, PLLC, where she has been practicing since 2014. Prior to establishing her firm, she gained valuable experience as an Associate Attorney at Feiner & Lavy, PC (2014), a Law Clerk at Shapiro Tamir Law Group (2013), and a Legal Intern at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office (2013). She also served as a Clinical Representative at the Immigrant Rights Clinic (2012-2013).

Her legal skills and dedication have been recognized with prestigious honors, including a Congressional Certificate of Merit from Senator Storobin (2013) and being named one of The Jewish Week’s “36 Under 36” (2012).

She is an active member of the New York State Bar Association (since 2014) and previously served as President of the Jewish Law Student Association (2012-2013).
