Litigation Partner at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP. Over the past 30 years, I have handled all aspects of complex commercial litigations, many for Fortune 500 corporations.

I have taken and defended countless depositions, argued dispositive motions, tried cases in both State and Federal Courts, and represented clients in arbitration proceedings. A representative sampling of matters on which I have worked include the representation of a large New York developer in an appraisal proceeding to determine the replacement value of several iconic structures that were destroyed, the defense of a self-regulatory organization in connection with actions brought by issuers and stockholders based on alleged violations of federal and state securities laws and the defense of a RICO claim brought against a major weight loss company by a vendor.
