Brad was born in Queens, New York and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1988; the District of Columbia Bar in 1989 and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1991. He holds degrees from the State University of New York at Albany (B.A., cum laude, Criminal Justice, 1985) and Boston University (J.D., 1988). During law school, Brad interned with the New York State Attorney General’s office, where he worked in the Real Estate Finance Bureau. He’s also a member of MENSA, and the American Association of Trial Lawyers. In college, Brad was a four-year starter on Albany’s NCAA lacrosse team, and still plays competitively today. Brad played for Team Israel’s first ever Masters Team in the 2014 Lacrosse World Championships and continues to play for Team Israel in tournaments throughout the country.
