Prior to his legal career as a Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Attorney, Mr. Arce worked in the food service industry as a chef. Having worked in .,Mexico, and Europe, and having experienced a broad range of employee-management approaches within the hospitality industry, Mr. Arce had gained a unique perspective towards Employment Law and Workplace Discrimination. Mr. Arce utilizes this familiarity with the intricacies and nuances of the employee-employer relationship to resolve the issues, distinct to each client’s case, to the client’s advantage. Mr. Arce was also a judicial intern at the EEOC for the Honorable Erin M. Stilp.
