I represent clients in pharmaceutical and product liability mass tort actions, significant individual personal injury claims, complex commercial and class-action litigation, and plaintiffs’ employment cases involving discrimination and whistleblower actions. I have represented the rights of individuals who have been injured by defective products, asbestos and general negligence, as well as individuals and corporations involved in commercial litigation and arbitrations concerning unfair competition, breach of contract, antitrust and entertainment industry disputes.
