When I went to law school, I envisioned a career helping people. I was able to realize that goal when I joined a firm that helped people who had suffered catastrophic injuries or had complex cases. There, I advanced from new attorney to partner before moving to Merson Law, a firm that shares my commitment to helping people in need, particularly in the areas of medical malpractice, complex personal injury, and sexual abuse.
My guiding principle has been to treat my clients with the utmost respect and dignity, regardless of their situation. The litigation process is scary enough for most people without the additional stress of having an attorney who does not return calls in a timely manner or treats their clients as a nuisance. My main goal is to ensure that the client understands what is happening and is happy with it. If either of those elements are not satisfied, I work tirelessly to ensure that they are.
