Park Slope real estate attorney Kurt Roth has been helping clients navigate the complexities of residential real estate transactions in Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, and throughout NYC for over 25 years.

Kurt understands how stressful it can be to buy or sell a home, so he is always available to answer questions and assist in moving the process towards a successful conclusion. During his many years of local practice, Kurt has built strong relationships with mortgage lenders, real estate agents, title insurers, and fellow attorneys.

Kurt’s interest in the law began at age 9, when a family friend took him to a rally for Senator Robert F. Kennedy. He was struck by the excitement and energy that Kennedy evoked in his supporters and realized that the practice of law could be an avenue to helping people achieve better lives.

A self-proclaimed political junkie, Kurt is a student of American politics and a regular contributor to liberal candidates. His other passion is for the athletic and academic programs of his alma mater, the University of New Mexico. His opinions on the performance of the UNM Lobos are frequently heard on local Albuquerque sports radio.
