Michael A. Gentile is a highly respected attorney with extensive experience in criminal law, legal ethics, and professional responsibility. He earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Brooklyn Law School (1971) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Brooklyn College (1967).

With a career spanning over five decades, he has served in several high-profile roles, including First Deputy District Attorney for Kings County, New York (1992-1995) and Deputy District Attorney for Operations (1990-1992). He also practiced law at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division (1980-1989) and was the Chief of Investigations at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office (1975-1980).

In addition to his litigation career, Gentile has been an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School (1987-1988) and a frequent speaker at legal ethics seminars hosted by organizations such as the New York State Bar Association and the Practising Law Institute.
