Ronald Prence Cima is a highly experienced tax lawyer based in New York, with 44 years of practice. His areas of expertise span tax law, financial markets and services, mergers and acquisitions, employment and labor law, and real estate. Ronald earned his Master of Laws (LL.M) from New York University School of Law in 1982 and his Juris Doctor (JD) from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1979. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
