Scott Eric Migden is a skilled attorney with experience in criminal law and client advocacy. He earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Hofstra University School of Law in 2017.

During his studies, he actively participated in legal programs and competitions, receiving the David A. Diamond Memorial Scholarship and winning the Best Closing Argument award at the ABA Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition in 2016.

He began his legal career at Law Offices Of Alan J. Schwartz, PC, initially as a legal intern (2015) and later as an associate attorney (2017–2022). In 2016, he also gained valuable experience as a legal intern at the Legal Aid Society, Bronx Criminal Trial Office, and the Criminal Justice Clinic at Hofstra University School of Law.

In 2017, he published an article in Family Court Review discussing the issue of felony convictions for young offenders and proposing alternative judicial approaches to protect their futures.

His professional interests include litigation, criminal defense, and criminal justice reform.
